½lb Ricotta Cheese
½lb Mozzarella Cheese
13oz Artichokes (Canned) (drained and chopped)
¼lb Romano Cheese
3T Heavy Cream
2oz Frozen Spinach (chopped)
1T Garlic (chopped)
Salt and Pepper
1. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Romano, artichoke, spinach, garlic, salt, and, pepper.
2. Add mixture to crème brulee dishes, filling no more that ½ full.
3. Top mixture with more mozzarella cheese to come flush with top of dish.
4. Heat in oven to melt cheeses.
