For use in Country Wedding Soup
½lb Ground Turkey Meat
2T Onion (finely diced)
1/8t Garlic Powder
¼ Cup Bread Crumbs (unseasoned)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients in s small bowl and mix well. Form into ½ inch meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until firm and fully cooked. Remove from oven and add to soup.
