For use in Griddled Pound Cake
½ Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Brown Sugar
½ Cup Butter (softened)
¼ Cup Chopped Pecans
1. In saucepan over low heat combine heavy cream and light brown sugar.
2. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved. Add butter a little at a time and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Stir 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and add chopped pecans.
