1 Cup Flour
1/3 Cup Cornmeal
1½T Baking Powder
1 Cup Granny Smith Apples (diced)
1 1/3 Cup Milk
¼ Cup Butter (melted)
½ Cup Honey
1 Cup Walnuts
1. Sift flour, powder and salt together. Add the cornmeal and stir in remaining ingredients leaving the apples until the end.
2. Gently fold in the apples and nuts and spread over a well greased sheet pan.
3. Bake at 400ºF for 15-20 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
