16oz Root Beer
4oz Kentucky Whiskey (Early Times)
2T Lemon Juice
Dash Ground Cloves
6T Corn Starch (mix cornstarch w/water)
6T Brown Sugar
2-3 Sweet Potatoes
1. Bring all ingredients to boil except cornstarch and water.
2. Add cornstarch and water at first boil. Let thicken.
3. Remove and serve over sliced sweet potatoes.
4. Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Bake in buttered pan 20-30 minutes until tender. Remove plate and pour sauce over sweet potatoes.
