3oz Plum Tomatoes (sliced)
1/2T Basil (stems removed)
4T White Wine
2T Asiago Cheese (shredded)
1 Cup Penne Pasta
4oz Shrimp (21/25)
1. Heat pasta in boiling water.
2. Start with hot pan.
3. Add olive oil and shrimp.
4. Sauté until shrimp is ½ cooked.
5. Add garlic, capers and basil.
6. Cook until garlic is a light brown; deglaze with white wine.
7. Add drained Penne pasta, tomatoes, spinach.
8. Cook until all ingredients are hot.
