1t Worcestershire Sauce
1T Anchovy Paste
1t Lemon Juice
½T Garlic (minced)
2T Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
Pinch White Pepper
½T Mustard (Grey Poupon)
1t Tabasco Sauce
¾ Cup Canola Oil
1. In a mixing bowl blend anchovy and Worcestershire with hand blender until smooth.
2. Combine remaining ingredients except eggs and oil and blend. Slowly add beaten eggs while mixer is blending.
3. Do the same for the oil and blend until thick and creamy.
