1oz Toasted Pecans (or walnuts)
2- Vine-Ripened Tomatoes (oven roasted)
2oz Prosciutto di Parma
4oz Mache Lettuce (looks like spinach)
3T Brown sugar
Balsamic Dressing (to taste)
1oz Parmesan Cheese
1. Oven dry the prosciutto.
2. Roast the vine-ripened tomatoes in Olive Oil and a salt/pepper mix.
3. Saute the pears in brown sugar, being sure to leave them crunchy.
4. Toss lettuce, tomatoes, pecans, pears, and parmesan in the Balsamic Dressing.
5. Top with 2 kinds of prosciutto. Serve in half bowl.
