For use with Gers Bread and Butter Pudding
4T Unsalted butter
4T Brown Sugar
2½T Double Cream (48% fat cream, heavy cream has 37%)
1. Place butter sugar, and honey in a small pan.
2. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Reduce heat.
3. Add cream and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until thickened.
