For use in Bayou Shrimp and Grits
2½ Cups Milk
1½ Cups Quick Grits
¼ Cup American Cheese (shredded)
¼ Cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
½t Cajun Seasoning
1. In pot, bring 1 quart water, milk, and salt to boil. Whisk in grits. Simmer 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
2. Top with American and cheddar cheeses and Cajun seasoning. Keep warm until needed.
