1/2lb Spinach Chopped (cooked)
1 Cup Heavy Cream
8oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1/3oz Worcestershire sauce
1/2oz Garlic (minced, sautéed)
3oz grated Asiago or Parmesan Cheese
1 Can Artichoke Hearts (drained and quartered)
salt and pepper to taste when mixture is heated
1. Sauté the garlic in olive oil and place it into a large mixing bowl.
2. Add all the ingredients to mixing bowl and mix gently until completely incorporated.
3. Heat in a double boiler slowly OR place mixture in a microwave safe container and microwave approximately 2 minutes on high until mixture is heated throughout, stir and serve.
