1lb Green Beans
1 Carrot peeled and sliced thin on a angle (bias)
4 Mushrooms (Sliced Thin)
1 Clove Garlic (Minced)
Pinch of Pepper
1. Boil green beans for 5 minutes, rinse in cold water and drain.
2. In large skillet over medium heat, melt butter, add carrots, mushrooms and garlic sauté until just under done about 5 minutes.
3. Add beans, salt and pepper, heat through and serve.
